City’s Mobile Office heads to Nyanga, Westlake, Steenberg and Athlone

Next week, the City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office will be taking municipal services to Nyanga, Westlake, Steenberg and Athlone. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity. 

The details are as follows:

• Wednesday, 18 October 2023, from 09:30 to 13:30 at Millers Camp Community Hall, Ispika Street, Nyanga.
  
  Thursday, 19 October 2023, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Westlake United Church Trust, 48 Westlake Drive, Westlake.
• Friday, 20 October 2023, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Steenberg Community Centre, 54 Cradock Road, Steenberg.
• Saturday, 21 October 2023, from 10:00 to 14:00 at the Gleemore Baptist Church Hall, Corner of Gothas and St Simons Road, Sunnydale, Athlone.
  
   
  
  During these visits, the City's Customer Relations Department's mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City in a wide range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries.
  
   
  
  'These mobile office visits also ensure that residents do not spend time and money on transport. We bring the services to your neighbourhood. I encourage residents to take advantage of this opportunity and engage with our staff who will be at their service for the entire morning. The City's mobile office team has been very effective in resolving long outstanding queries for residents.
